Second Challenge of the Year on Crafty Addicts

Time for Challenge 33 on The Crafty Addicts Challenge Blog, and this time the theme is ATG or Add a Sentiment. The sponsor this time is the incredibly talented Julia Spiri offering a prize of two digis, or three if you take part in the challenge using a Julia Spiri image!

I have used a gorgeous digi called "Mermaid and Lotus" by Julia, it was really lovely to colour and I am happy with the result.

I might need another go at doing an iridescent tail though, I don't dislike this version but it wasn't what I was originally aiming for! I will get there...maybe copics is the way to go! :)

As normal, this is polychromo pencils on kraft card. (Or Kendal Buff if you are a paper nerd like me.) The font is Parisian BT and the added sparkle is stickles. I added some enamel bling in the corners too.

I have used the "Laura's Crazy Cat Lady" bundle from Melonheadz and made a birthday card for my friend! I'm hoping she doesn't see it before she gets in a few days time :) These are fab to colour, love making a little scene and as normal, printing it on kraft card, and using polychromo's to colour.
